Pancake Breakfast

For everyone who doesn't get the emails here is one of them on the newest Pancake Breakfast.

Troop 34 Scouts, Parents and Adult Leaders:

 

On Sunday February 10, 2013 Troop 34 will host a Pancake Breakfast at

the St. Andrew Church Parish Hall from 8AM to Noon. We will be serving

Pancakes, Sausage, Orange Juice and Coffee and or Tea for a Price 

of 5 Dollars to Patrons. We will need a Total of 12 Scouts and 5 Adults

to Maintain and Staff the Breakfast. Anyone who Volunteers  to work the

Breakfast will be required to help from 6:45 AM until 1:00 PM. This will

allow us time to set the Hall up for the Breakfast and to properly clean

the Hall after the Breakfast.

 

Any Scout and 1 Parent/Adult Leader may sign up to work the Breakfast

if they are able to be there the entire time. The Funds Distribution will

be Allocated as follows:  25 Percent of the Net Profit after Expenses will

go to the Troop for Operating Expenses and the other 75 Percent will be

Distributed to the Working Scouts and their Parent or an Adult Leader.

This Percentage will be Based on the Total Number Of Hours Worked

and the Net Profit which will be used to determine an Hourly Rate

which will be multiplied by the hours Worked. Attire for the Breakfast

is Class B Uniform which is Scout Pants and either a  Yellow or Orange

Troop T Shirt.

or by text at 239-849-8606. You will be Responded back to let you know that

the EMail or message you sent was received and your Shift is Validated.

 

I will provide Daily Updates through the Google Groups as to the Progress

of the Signups.
